Ariane Zurcher
Winner of the coveted 2009 Rising Star Award in Fine Jewelry, Ariane Zurcher creates one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces that are as exquisitely crafted as they are utterly unique. An acclaimed designer and accomplished studio jeweler, her hands-on mastery is reflected in ultra-contemporary creations like the swirling galaxies of spun gold and delicately set gems in her Juno collection; organic forms echoing the bold flourishes of Art Nouveau in her Dauphine line; and the exotic Maori tribal art referenced in her transcendent Samadhi collection.
Trained in the fine arts and a graduate of Parson’s School of Design, Ariane began her career in the world of fashion, freelancing for design houses in London and New York, along with a stint at Elle Magazine. Her affinity for the more sculptural aspects of design led to her discovery of jewelry.
